Here is an article I came across from Arsene Wenger. I think there are some pretty powerful aspects in there for molding a team. The trick again is if everybody on the team buys into them. The things Arsene talks about here all have to do with shaping his team's culture, which has been established for quite some time now. It is pretty interesting how these points align with Coach Ken Lolla's culture talk (see earlier post). It proves that great coaches think a like! Also, last season we saw one of his principles about how Arsenal play away from home change. This past season, they conceded much possession (only having the ball around 45%) but were seemingly very successful in those games. This proves that great coaches are always adjusting their philosophy and are always learning!
