10 Technical Exercises for a.) moving in your first touch & b.) passing forward
Ex. 1 - Side on body shape & use back foot to play behind the cone.
Ex. 2- Facing negative & use outside of the foot to take it across the back of the cone.
Ex. 3 - Facing negative, step to the ball, & use the inside of the foot with the back foot to play forward.
Ex. 4 - Facing negative, cut it with inside of the foot across the body, & then cut it back other way again.
Ex. 5 - Bounce pass, move to other side of cones with side on body shape & use back foot to receive and pass again.
Ex. 6 - Bounce pass, move to other side of cones with side on body shape & use back foot to play through cones. 2nd touch is a forward pass.
Ex. 7 - Facing negative, take the ball away with outside of foot.
Bounce pass, move to other side of cones with side on body shape & use back foot to play through cones. 2nd touch is a forward pass.
Ex. 8 - Side on body shape & use back foot to play through the cones. Pull back with sole back through the cones. 3rd touch is a forward pass.
Ex. 9 - V's on one side of the cones. Bounce pass, move to other side of cones with side on body shape & use back foot to play through the cones.
2nd touch is a forward pass.
Ex. 10 - Cryuff turn and use outside of foot to take it away through the cones. 2x.
Pass negative & use back foot to play through the cones. 2x.
End with a forward pass.
